At Canna Style Shop, we meticulously curate every iridescent bong, neon grinder, and artistic pipe for its flair, function, and quality. We stand behind our products. However, we understand that sometimes a piece might not meet your expectations or fit your style perfectly. Our returns and exchanges policy is designed with the same transparency and care that defines your shopping experience. We aim to make the process as smooth and stylish as possible.

- Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
- Process: Initiate a return via email. We provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Exchanges: Subject to product availability. We recommend returning for a refund and placing a new order for the fastest service.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Check Eligibility & Timing
Ensure your request is within the 15-day window from the delivery date. Gather your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
Step 2: Contact Our Style-Savvy Support Team
Send a return or exchange request to [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request: Order #[Your Order Number]”.
Please include the following details in your email. You can use the template provided below for convenience.
Step 3: Receive Instructions & RMA Number
Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to ship the return. Do not ship the item back without an RMA number, as we cannot process unauthorized returns.
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, include all accessories, and place the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the address we provide using a trackable shipping service. We recommend insuring the package, as you are responsible for it until it reaches our warehouse.
Step 5: Refund or Exchange Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival):
- For Refunds: We will process the refund to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).
- For Exchanges: If the requested item is in stock, we will ship it out via your chosen shipping method. If out of stock, we will contact you with alternatives or process a refund.
Refund Timeline & Method
Refunds are processed promptly upon approval of your return.
- Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment account after we have approved it. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
- Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal). We cannot issue refunds to a different card or method.
- Deductions: The refund will be for the product price(s) only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Important Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health, safety, and integrity of our products for all our global community, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All Pipes & Bowls, Bowls / Slides, Cones, Dab Rigs, Ash Catchers, Parts: Due to the intimate nature of use and hygiene considerations, all products intended for direct use with consumption (as identified in our menu: PIPES & BOWLS, BOWLS/SLIDES, CONES, DAB RIGS, ASH CATCHERS, PARTS) are final sale once shipped.
- Used or Damaged Items: Any item not in its original, unused, and resalable condition with all packaging and accessories.
- Personalized or Custom Items.
- Items Purchased During a Final Sale or Clearance Event (will be clearly marked).
Note on Defective Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item (e.g., a cracked bong, faulty grinder, wrong ashtray), please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and send a replacement promptly at no cost to you. Photos of the defect/issue will be required.
International Returns
As a global business, we accept returns from most countries we ship to. The process is the same as outlined above. However, please note:
- You are responsible for any return shipping costs and applicable customs duties or taxes incurred when sending the package back to the US.
- We cannot mark return packages as “gifts” or with a reduced value for customs purposes.
- Refunds will be issued in US Dollars (USD). Any currency conversion differences are handled by your payment provider.
