Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality and style of every piece we send out. However, we understand that sometimes a piece might not fit your vibe perfectly. Our returns process is designed to be as smooth and straightforward as possible.

- Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags, parts, and accessories included.
- Process: Initiate via email to receive an RMA number. Do not ship without it.
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Exchanges: Subject to availability. For the fastest service, we recommend returning for a refund and placing a new order.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).

3 Receive Instructions & RMA Number
Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to ship your return. Do not ship the item back without an RMA number, as we cannot process unauthorized returns.
4 Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging with all accessories. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the address we provide using a trackable and preferably insured shipping service. You are responsible for the package until it reaches our warehouse.
5 Refund or Exchange Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival):
- For Refunds: We will process the refund to your original payment method.
- For Exchanges: If the item is in stock, we will ship it via your chosen method. If out of stock, we will contact you with alternatives or process a refund.
Refund Timeline & Method
- Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment account after we have approved it. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).
- Method: All refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different card or method.
- Deductions: The refund will be for the product price(s) only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
🛑 Important Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health, safety, and integrity of our products for our entire global community, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of hygiene and intimate use:
- ALL PIPES & BOWLS (including NOVELTY PIPES)
- BOWLS / SLIDES
- CONES
- DAB RIGS
- ASH CATCHERS
- PARTS
Additionally, the following are non-returnable:
- Any used, damaged, or item not in its original, resalable condition.
- Personalized or custom items.
- Items purchased during a final sale or clearance event (clearly marked).
International Returns
We accept returns from most countries we ship to. The process is identical to above, with a few notes:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes when sending the package back to the US.
- We cannot declare return packages as “gifts” or with a reduced value for customs.
- Refunds are issued in US Dollars (USD). Any currency conversion is handled by your payment provider.
