4. Orders and Payment Terms

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once payment is authorized and you receive an order confirmation email.

  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50): Via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.

• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, or unforeseen events. You will receive a tracking link once your order ships.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories.
• Process: Initiate via email to [email protected] to receive an RMA number. Returns shipped without an RMA cannot be processed.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Final Sale Items: As listed in Section 3, are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or incorrect.
